Vidya
Vidya is a curious storyteller and passionate mental health advocate whose grounded, technically informed narratives have inspired a growing community of listeners.
With a deep, understanding of major clinical and non- clinical depression this initiative is personal for her. She brings authenticity, empathy, and insight to every conversation. Having been in recovery and maintenance therapy for major depression herself, it does not get more real.
She spent over two decades in the high-tech industry, holding leadership roles at Intel, Wipro, and Dell across India and the U.S. In recent years, she has transitioned into the mental health space as a certified group and family counselor and an addiction recovery coach, blending corporate experience with compassionate care.
A trained counselor and active member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Vidya approaches mental wellness focusing on stigma reduction, talk therapy, and long-term support for individuals and families.
During the pandemic, she founded The Color Table, a community initiative aimed at empowering women of color through economic support and skills development. Hosted on Clubhouse, the platform grew into a vibrant network of over 300 women.
Vidya is also a founding member and advisor to Aurigo Software, contributing to its cultural excellence, product vision and sustainability initiatives.
Vidya is married and a proud mother to two young adults. The garden City of Bengaluru, India is her home .
Amretta
Amretta is a warm and intuitive psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s emotional terrain. With a background in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, she works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, offering culturally sensitive, practical strategies for growth and healing.
She is an especially passionate equestrian and volunteers time with children with special needs at local stables, using the bond between humans and horses to foster confidence and connection.
Amretta lives with her husband and their joyful six-year-old daughter, Aadhya.
